The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC)

Jäätelötoiminta erkanee Unileveristä ja listautuu marraskuussa 2025 Amsterdamiin, Lontooseen ja New Yorkiin

The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) is progressing towards full separation from Unilever, now operating as a standalone company under the name The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC). TMICC will be incorporated in the Netherlands, with shares expected to list in Amsterdam, London, and New York in mid-November 2025.

TMICC will present its strategy and investment case at a Capital Markets Day in London on 9 September. A Shareholder Circular will follow in October, with prospectuses issued approximately one week ahead of the listing.

Unilever will retain a minority stake (<20%) in TMICC post-demerger, to be sold down over time to support separation costs and capital flexibility. From Q4, Unilever will report Ice Cream as a discontinued operation and plans a share consolidation to ensure post-demerger comparability of share price, EPS, and DPS.
