Lyhyesti analyysi ja minun ajatukset summattuna: Käytännössä 2025 uudelleenjärjestely siirsi velkapaineen tuonne 2027 vuoteen, jolloin ikävä kyllä samanaikaisesti erääntyy syksyllä noin €1,1 miljardin edestä lainoja, joka on Intrumin kassavirtaan nähden suuri summa. Eikä suuri osa välttämättä ala heti myymään vaan voi tapahtua viikkojen/kk säteelläkin. Tosin joidenkin tahojen on varmaan myytävä nopeamminkin? Hyvä kaikkien muistaa ostohuumassa, että NC:llä on vielä melkein 20% siivu ja myyntihalut kaikkien tiedossa. Voivat toki löytää jonkun isomman blokkikaupan, mutta jos olivat valmiita dumppaavan omistuksia markkinoille 30 kurssitason pinnassa, niin mikseivät voisi aloittaa taas isommat myynnit näissä kurssitasoissa?

Johto seuraa X:ääkin: Rubio kuittasi huomanneensa GT30-läppäni xitteristä viime vuodelta. 😄 Samalla muuten selvisi, että hän on pysyvästi muuttanut Ruotsiin (asui aiemmin Lontoossa). Tämä oli kiva tieto, koska näyttäisi, että Rubio on sitoutunut pysymään firmassa pidempään. Muuten ei nyt mitään erityisen tärkeää jäänyt kokouksesta mieleen, paitsi olin ilmeisesti väärässä LTIP-kannustinohjelman suhteen, ilmeisesti siinä annetaankin osakkeita omien ostojen päälle. Hyvä hyvä. Johto sai osakkailta kehuja lupausten pitämisestä ja annoinpa kehuja itsekin. Itse pidän erityisesti Rubion muutosta - ei varmaan olisi tapahtunut ellei itse uskoisi täysillä firmaan ja aikamoinen vuosi/pari takana. Markkinan luulisi heräilevän tähän keissiin kun saadaan homma heinäkuussa pakettiin ja aletaan toivottavasti raportoimaan vahvoja lukuja.
